Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Technician to join their client's team in Fremont, CA. This role is contract-to-hire and offers multiple shifts, making it a flexible opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, machining, laboratory, or technical production experience. Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and post-processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production-support tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
• Conduct basic measurements and inspections of finished parts.
• Maintain accurate production records using electronic systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing, lab, or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience as a machinist is a plus.
• Comfortable working with computers and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and safety procedures.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on feet throughout the shift.

Required Work Hours

Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Swing Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Benefits

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift. It is an opportunity to work with a reputable company in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Additional Details

Max Pay is $35. Min Pay is $29.
